Jase Home Inspections

My name is Jason Autrey and I am the owner/operator of JASE Home Inspections. I have performed home inspections in Montgomery, Conroe, The Woodlands, Spring, Houston, Humble, Cypress, Katy, Richmond, and surrounding areas for over 10 years. I am certified as a Residential Combination Inspector through the International Code Council which means that I am code certified in Electrical, Mechanical, Plumbing, and Building. I am also a licensed insurance adjuster with years of experience working insurance claims and writing estimates to repair damages to homes.

When you call to schedule an inspection you can rest assured that I will be the inspector showing up to inspect your property, not a newly licensed inspector. With every full home inspection you will receive thermal imaging, an irrigation system inspection, and a foundation level check. HUD Compliance Inspections

As a Residential Combination Inspector I am licensed to perform HUD Compliance Inspections on properties where there are no city code inspectors. These inspections are performed for FHA lenders and are completed on HUD Form 92051. Please contact me if you are in need of a HUD Compliance Inspection.
