JASE Home Inspections
Where Experience Matters
My name is Jason Autrey and I am the owner/operator of JASE Home Inspections. I have taken the time and effort to gain certification as a Residential Combination Inspector through the International Code Council. There are only a handful of inspectors in the entire Houston area that have taken the time to gain this certification. Unlike large inspection firms, when you call my number to schedule an inspection you can rest assured that I will be the one inspecting your home. I will not be sending a freshly licensed inspector that I hired to increase my business’s bottom line. My promise to you is that I will spend as much time needed inspecting your home, reporting on defects, and helping you feel at ease during the inspection process.
What We Do
I am confident you will enjoy working with JASE from your first phone call to the moment you review your inspection report. I know how stressful the home buying process can be. My goal is to educate you on the condition on the home.

Free InterNACHI Book
Included With Each Home Inspection
Every client of mine will receive a free “Now that you’ve had a home inspection” book at the conclusion of your home inspection. Now that you’ve had a home inspection, what do you do? As a new homeowner, it’s important to understand that your house requires care and maintenance. With time, parts of your house will wear out, break down, deteriorate, or simply stop working. InterNACHI’s home maintenance book teaches you how your house works, how to keep it maintained, and how to save energy. InterNACHI’s “Now That You’ve Had a Home Inspection” book is provided exclusively by InterNACHI Certified Home Inspectors.
