JASE Home Inspections also includes lawn irrigations systems and the gas supply system if applicable.

****Note: The actual inspection typically takes between 2-3 hours to complete. You are not required to attend the inspection but it is strongly recommended that you attend. You are more than welcome to follow me around during the inspection and ask questions as you please. At the conclusion of the inspection I will review defects with you and explain the process of receiving your report from the HomeGauge website. If you are unable to attend, I will call you at the conclusion of the inspection and review those items on the phone.
